I use AskEdgar daily to track overnight momentum in small caps.
I focus on strong closes, anticipating after-hours moves and gap-ups to sell into.
Small caps have some of the best asymmetry when it comes to overnight momentum, but you must be careful of the landmines.
You must know when a company has offering and dilution risk and you can either poke around all the SEC filings on your own, or you can just rely on AskEdgar.
